Back to a planning.  The summer has been pretty hap hazard, but I am back on track with the fall schedules.  It is either that or our family lives off granola bars.  (We are shooting for only partially living off of granola bars.)

Monday - Burgers & veggie dippers purple carrots, broccoli, and cucumbers all from the CSA.  Just 3 for dinner as mom is off.
Tuesday - Ramen Cabbage salad - http://allrecipes.com/recipe/ramen-cabbage-salad/
Wednesday - Chili made with left over hamberger from Monday and some of those peppers piling up from the CSA. & corn bread
Thursday - Sandwich Night with swim meet, boy scouts and cello lessons all in one night, little else is possible.
Friday - Fish & something from CSA.

That's the plan and we are trying to stick with is.
