Monday - Roasted cabbage steaks - I think we have 3 that will eat them so close enough for me.  Cheesy rice with some peas will suffice as a side/main for the the meal.

Tuesday - cheese pizza bites with sauce for dipping and salad.

Wednesday - Salmon steaks with more salad and a whole wheat cous-cous.

Thursday - beef & potato soup

Friday - pasta - carbo load.  breaking out the summer pesto and some funky black and white pasta I found.

Done.  That my friends is a plan.
